Program Goal:
Complete trade services at an organization’s facility while providing hands-on education to participating Special apprentices.
There are many Social Service and Disability Support Organizations in and around Cherokee County, GA. They truly do amazing work and bring joy to the lives of many disabled adults.
Paced 4 Success is introducing a new program called “Special Trades” which augments current participant programming by adding purposeful activities to gain real-world trade education experience.
Since most organizations have one or multiple facilities, Paced 4 Success can partner with you to provide necessary services while at the same time educating your participants in the activities.
Our team has integrated the following services at organization locations:
Pressure washing (walkways, common areas, covered spaces)
Lawn & Landscaping (mow, trim bushes, rake leaves, bagging)
Automobile Detailing (company cars, trucks, and vans)
General Handyman (door/window repair, cabinets, storage)
Farming & Agriculture (seeding, transplanting, growing, harvesting)
