MARIANA
(Founder / Owner)
After two decades of experience in Special Needs education, Mariana is now pioneering new ideas in employment opportunities for underserved populations. Her vision is to incorporate apprentices of varying abilities into meaningful work experiences. She prepares curriculum for adapted trade education and promotes hands-on learning opportunities for apprentices.
JOHN
(Engineer / Tradesman)
With three decades of engineering and journeyman experience, John serves as crew leader at work opportunities and assists with apprentice mentorship in various trades. He also maintains all of the equipment used within the business.
VICTOR
(Apprentice)
Victor is the creator of “Build a Guild” and gives full support to making that effort a reality. He has spent years as an apprentice and learns new skills every day. Victor brings first hand knowledge of what it is like to live a special life.
